Counselling, Supervision and Mindfulness Training
Counselling provides one-to-one or group support for people who require help for their emotional health and wellbeing.
Counselling is vital for every school. At least three in every classroom. have an emotional or behavioural difficulty. And one in four adults have a mental health need at any time Counselling can support us with feelings we can’t manage alone. In schools, it can help students facing challenges that affect their progress.
Counsellors create a safe environment by working in a non-judgemental way to develop a relationship of trust with to explore issues at a deeper level with the aim of making positive changes or feeling more in control of our lives.
Counselling can be helpful for a wide variety of reasons from just feeling generally unhappy to having specific issues like anxiety or depression.
